Books Done Fast is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, you get your money back.

How to get a refund

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Use the email address you paid with, or include your Stripe receipt so we can find the order.
3. That's it. You don't have to explain why.

Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within two business days of your email. Depending on your bank, the money can take five to ten business days to show up on your statement.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated for future versions. Your books stay on your computer; they're your files and nothing is deleted. You're welcome to keep using the trial version.
